Secure Ordering & Payment

Ordering a business listing on the UK Business Directory is quick, easy and 100% secure.

Once you have created your business listing your payment is processed securely online by PayPal to guarantee complete peace of mind. No payment information is entered on our website and we do not keep any record of your credit card details.

If you do not have a PayPal account, we can also accept payments directly into our bank account. Please contact us if you would like to make a payment in this way.

Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your business listing subscription within seven working days of the day of receipt of the original order. Should you wish to cancel within 7 days, please contact us and we'll remove your listing (if applicable) and arrange a full and prompt refund.

After the first 7 days you may still cancel your business listing subscription at any time by contacting us with termination taking effect from the end of the validity period covered by the last annual payment. A refund for any remaining subscription period will not be offered but your listing will remain active on our website for the full duration of the subscription. If you do not wish to renew your business advertising you must notify us before the annual renewal date.

For instances where a subscriber wishes to cancel and requires a business listing to be removed from immediately, please contact us.
